Walsh Women’s Committee to host annual barbecue fundraiser
Proceeds benefit student scholarships.
The Walsh University Women’s Committee will host the annual Boot Scootin’ Barbecue Fundraiser from 6 to 10 p.m. on Sept. 12 at Walsh’s Hoover Park Pavilion, 1875 E. Maple St., North Canton.
The evening of old-fashion fun, including dinner catered by Old Carolina Barbecue Co., music, horse-drawn wagon rides, costume contest and line dancing, is open to the public. Reservations are due by Sept. 5.
Tickets are $35 per person and $240 for a table of eight. For reservations, call 330-490-7111.
